Lauburu copper backsplash — the ancient Basque four-headed symbol inside a circular knotwork frame, hand-hammered in copper relief. For Basque heritage homes, Celtic and geometric symbol lovers, and anyone drawn to circular motifs with deep cultural roots. Install it centered behind the range, set into an existing tile backsplash, above the fireplace, or on any wall as a standalone medallion panel. Custom size, 15 finishes, made to order.

The Lauburu — four curved heads rotating from a shared center — enclosed in a braided circular frame. One of the oldest symbols in Basque culture, rendered here in raised copper relief. A square panel with enough presence to anchor a wall on its own. Every curve and knot shaped by hand.

Installation

Adhesive Mount

Install over clean, dry, secure tile, drywall, wood, or other suitable wall surfaces using a heavy-duty construction adhesive or a suitable silicone adhesive.

Apply adhesive to the back of the panel. No drilling through the panel is needed. Follow the adhesive’s support and curing instructions.

Other Mounting Options

Where offered, choose prepared screw holes with decorative caps or hanging wire for indoor decorative display.

Care & Cleaning

Clean gently with a soft cloth, warm water, and a little mild dish soap when needed. Remove soap residue and dry.

Your piece arrives with a protective clear finish. Avoid copper polish, abrasive pads, and harsh cleaners.

The finish is not permanent; its lifespan depends on use and exposure, and it may eventually need renewal.
