The price is all-inclusive. There are no additional fees, duties, or charges at delivery.

Production time is approximately 5 days.

Delivery is typically about 2 weeks from the order date.

Your order ships with tracking, and you will receive the tracking number once it is on the way.

Before production begins, we confirm your order details with you.

This may include your selected size, finish, design, installation method, and any special notes.

Production begins only after the final order details are confirmed. If any adjustment is needed before approval, we can make it at that stage.

After your backsplash is completed, we may send photos of the finished work for your review whenever possible.

If a reasonable adjustment is needed before shipment, we will review it before shipping.

Orders may be changed or canceled any time before the shipment.
