Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges accepted 90 days.

Every order goes through a confirmation process before production. This may include:

  • A digital preview of your panel

  • A review of your selected size, finish, design, installation method, and special notes

Production begins only after the final order details are confirmed.

This process helps make sure your backsplash is made according to the details approved before production.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged

We will review the case and provide a replacement, repair solution, or refund if applicable.

Returns If Approved

If a return is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions

  • Items must be unused and not installed

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Return Shipping

We will cover the return shipping or provide another suitable resolution.

In some cases, return shipping may not be required, and a replacement, repair solution, or refund may be provided directly.

Refunds

Once your case is reviewed and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take up to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled before the shipment.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, custom-made goods are generally exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer protection rules.
