Kitchen Crown Molding Copper Accent Panel — Hand-Hammered Ceiling Trim
Most copper kitchen backsplashes stop at the countertop. Some go to the underside of the cabinets. Very few go all the way to the ceiling. The ones that do look completely different — finished, intentional, custom-built. A copper crown molding accent panel is what takes a kitchen from ‘beautiful backsplash’ to ‘completely designed space.’
A hand-hammered copper panel for the crown molding area of your kitchen — the trim that runs along the ceiling line where the wall meets the ceiling — made in the same finish as your backsplash, designed to coordinate with the full kitchen composition, and installed at the ceiling line to complete the copper coverage from countertop to ceiling. Made by our family using traditional chasing and repoussé techniques passed through generations. In Natural Copper or Antique Gold, the warm tones echo the kitchen and the traditional crown molding tradition. Every detail a separate hammer stroke, thousands of them. Over 10,000 pieces made.
Crown molding is the architectural detail that signals a finished, intentional space. In wood or plaster, it is elegant. In hand-hammered copper — matched to the backsplash finish, designed as part of the full kitchen composition — it is the detail that makes the kitchen look custom-built. The ceiling line is the last thing the eye reaches when it scans the room. When it is copper, the room is complete.
How It Works
① Send us your measurements and photos
The length of the wall to be covered, the height of your crown molding (typically 3–8 inches), and photos of the crown molding from straight-on and from the side. If you want to match an existing backsplash, tell us the finish.
② We design it for you
We create a full digital preview of the crown molding panel in your space. You see exactly what it will look like before we make anything. We refine it until it’s right.
③ You approve — we make it
Production begins only after your approval. Hand-hammered over approximately 2 weeks. We send photos of the finished panel before shipping.
④ It arrives at your kitchen
All-inclusive delivery. Free shipping. 3 weeks total from approval to arrival.

Design Options
- Plain hand-hammered texture — the most popular option — the copper surface with its natural hand-hammered texture, no additional design. Elegant, architectural, and completely appropriate for crown molding.
- Horizontal border pattern — a flowing pattern or geometric border that runs along the length of the crown. Coordinates with the backsplash design.
- Matched to your backsplash — the crown molding panel designed to coordinate with your existing or planned backsplash — same finish, complementary design, unified kitchen from countertop to ceiling.
- Custom design — any design that works in a long horizontal format. Reach out with your vision.
Perfect For
- Completing a full copper kitchen — for the kitchen that already has a copper backsplash and wants to take the copper all the way to the ceiling — the crown molding panel is the final piece that makes the kitchen look completely designed
- High-end kitchen renovation — the architectural detail that signals a custom-built, furniture-quality kitchen — on the ceiling line of the kitchen that deserves that level of finish
- Cabinet crown molding — a copper panel on top of the upper cabinets where they meet the ceiling — the detail that makes the cabinets look built-in and the kitchen look custom
- Soffit coverage — a copper panel on the soffit area above the upper cabinets — turning an awkward architectural feature into a designed element
- Natural Copper or Antique Gold — most popular finishes for crown molding panels — Natural Copper coordinates with copper backsplashes in the most seamless and most architecturally unified finish, Antique Gold echoes the warm aged tones of traditional crown molding gilding and the tradition of gold-leaf ceiling detail
Installation
- Adhesive Mount — construction adhesive applied to the panel back, pressed onto the crown molding surface. Works on wood, MDF, or painted crown molding. Most common method.
- Screw Mount — pre-drilled holes with matching decorative screw caps. For maximum security on long runs or exterior-facing crown molding.
- Combination — adhesive plus strategic screws for maximum security on long crown molding runs.
A helper is strongly recommended for ceiling-height installation. Step-by-step installation guidance included.
