How Fit Is Guaranteed

Every Natuross panel is made up to ⅛ inch smaller than the stated dimensions — never larger. This deliberate tolerance ensures the panel slides into the space cleanly without needing to be forced or trimmed. Before shipping, each finished piece is measured to confirm the dimensions are within spec. The panel does not leave the workshop until the dimensions are verified.

This is why fit problems are so rare: the problem is prevented at the production stage, not left to the customer to discover at installation.

If the Panel Is Too Large

In the rare case that a panel is too large for the space — almost always because the wall dimensions were measured incorrectly by the customer — the panel can be trimmed. Cutting a copper panel requires appropriate metal cutting tools; a professional may be needed depending on the amount to be removed and the tools available. If the Panel Is Too Small

If the panel is smaller than the space — again, almost always due to a measurement error — Natuross will make and ship matching strips to fill the gap. The strips are made from the same material in the same finish, so the result is seamless. Message Ibrahim with the dimensions of the gap and the strips will be produced and shipped.

The Best Way to Avoid Any Issue

Send a straight-on photograph of your wall with a tape measure visible alongside your dimensions. The combination of a photograph and measurements gives Ibrahim everything needed to confirm the dimensions accurately before production. The more clearly the wall space is communicated, the more precisely the panel is made.
