Can I Change My Mind After Ordering?

Because every Natuross panel is made by hand in stages, there are several points in the process where changes are still possible. The key is to reach out as soon as you know you want something different. The earlier you contact Ibrahim, the more options are available.
Want to Change the Design?
If production has not yet started, a design change is straightforward — the new design is agreed, a revised preview is sent, and production begins on the new version. If production has already started, a design change is no longer possible for the current panel.
Contact Ibrahim as soon as you decide you want a different design. The sooner you reach out, the more likely it is that production has not yet begun.
Want to Change the Finish?
The finish is applied after the copper relief work is complete. If you want a different finish and the finish has not yet been applied, the change can be made — the panel is finished in the new color instead. Contact Ibrahim immediately with the finish you want instead. If the finish has already been applied, a finish change is no longer possible for the current panel.
Want to Change the Size?
A size change before production starts is straightforward — the new dimensions are confirmed and the panel is cut to the new size. Once cutting has begun, a size change is no longer possible for the current panel. Contact Ibrahim as soon as you realize the dimensions need to change.
Want to Change the Installation Method?
If you ordered with one installation method in mind and want to change it — for example, you now want hanging wire hardware instead of adhesive — this can be handled as long as the panel has not yet shipped. Contact Ibrahim before the panel ships and the installation hardware or instructions can be adjusted accordingly.
Want to Cancel Entirely?
If production has not yet started, cancellation is available and a full refund will be issued. Once production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible — the panel is being made specifically for you and cannot be repurposed for another order. Contact Ibrahim immediately if you want to cancel.
What About Returns?
Because every panel is custom-made to your exact specifications, returns are not accepted. If the panel arrives damaged due to shipping, a replacement will be made and shipped at no charge — document the damage with photographs and contact Ibrahim right away.
The Rule of Thumb
Contact Ibrahim as soon as you know you want something different — whatever it is. The production process has multiple stages, and the earlier a change request arrives, the more likely it is that the change can still be made. A message sent the same day as the order is almost always early enough. A message sent a week later may not be.
