Every panel is hammered by hand in our family workshop — one strike at a time, the copper pushed and shaped using chasing and repoussé techniques our family has practiced for generations. No two pieces are identical. The dogwood (Cornus florida) — state flower of Virginia and North Carolina, the blossom that covers the eastern forest every April from Maine to Florida — is rendered here with botanical precision: four notched petals, the branching structure, the full heart completed by the curve of the wood. We design your piece and send a digital preview. You approve it — production begins only then. We photograph the finished piece before it ships. It leaves only when you’re satisfied.
