What to expect: The product photo is a digital rendering. Your actual panel will have natural variations in patina depth, texture, and relief height – the signature of authentic artisan craftsmanship. No two panels are identical. For the full detail level shown, order 40" or larger.

4. Approve photos – We'll send finished product photos before shipping
5. Delivery – All-inclusive pricing, delivered to your door (3 weeks total from order)

Order Process

Place your order, enter your dimensions, and choose a finish. Add any notes at checkout — personalization, cutouts, text, or a completely new custom design. Custom design is included at no extra charge.

Step 1 — Digital preview: We send a preview of your panel for approval before anything is made. Production begins only after your written confirmation.

Step 2 — Production: Your panel is hand-hammered to your exact specifications. Approximately 3 weeks.

Step 3 — Pre-shipping photos: Once complete, we send photos of the finished panel. Shipping takes place only after your approval. Adjustments can still be made at this stage.

Step 4 — Delivery: Ships via FedEx with tracking. Delivered to your door within one month from order date.

Material & Specs

Every Natuross® panel is real copper or brass — 24 gauge, hand-hammered, mounted over a rigid aluminum composite backing. Approximately ¼ inch (6mm) thick, flush to the wall. Weight: approximately 2.1 lb per square foot.

Sealed with a professional-grade UV-resistant lacquer — water, heat, and grease resistant. Suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, wet areas, fireplaces, and outdoor installations. No maintenance ever required.

Installation & Care

Installation — three methods:

  • Adhesive — stick directly over existing tile, drywall, wood, or stone using any standard construction adhesive. Most popular method. Most customers install in under an hour.
  • Screw mount — for large, heavy, or outdoor panels. Ships with screws and decorative caps included.
  • Hanging wire — for wall art, signs, and removable installations.

For multi-piece panels: install the central piece first, borders second.

Care:

Wipe with a soft damp cloth. For grease or cooking splashes, warm water and mild dish soap. No polishing, waxing, or re-sealing — ever. The finish you receive is the finish it keeps.

As every panel is made to your exact specifications, it cannot be returned or exchanged — but if it ever falls short of what was approved, we remake it at no cost.

If your panel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
